Pick a volatile stock on the stock market. On Monday view what it will close at on Friday, write it down. Come Friday see what it closed at.
Do that a few months. Then move the date out - look two weeks in advance. Check the closing price - do that for a few months.
Keep moving it out - it'll give you a really good idea how prediction works and the wobble that happens with elapsed time.
This helped me immensely.
