I agree Whisperer that there is little legislation to enforce the proper care of our friends. At least we have the option to support the producers of our choice. Even if we live in the city, if we own a deep freezer, some of the smaller organic producers offer frozen products that we can buy in bulk and store, until our next visit to the countryside. Im happy to have the option available to me
