For me, someone who also is awake early in the mornings, this is the best time of day. There, in the quiet darkness, it's the best time to gently ponder the magic of being alive. I'm right next to a small forest and hear the small sounds of night life - giving me the chance to feel how I fit into this world. Nobody is visiting you, you are alone and can know that you are the centre of this universe - during these early hours you can really feel it.

Relax, enjoy it. There is no better time to explore the corners and reaches of your own physicality and no better time than to dive into the depths of those thoughts which lie as unsolved questions in your mind.

It's still a period in which you can rest and won't in any way weaken you - you'll still get out of bed full of energy for the new day.
