Hi there, my dear friend.
I am so sorry I haven't responded to your posts, but I have been taking a break from this forum myself...not a total break, just spending like 10-15 minutes on here every few days. It may become longer than that over time. Activity on this site seems to have slowed down considerably and my involvement with it.
I will try to help you out as best as I can, so ask your questions, but if I don't get back to you for a few days, please understand.
My health has deteriorated as well and I need to focus on that. Also, I have been spending more time just watching videos on YouTube and reading books and doing yoga and meditation etc.
