I can see though, from the broader 'casual user' perspective that they're not as invested as us die-hard tarot fans; they are more likely to go through particular moments of uncertainty or need (thereby posting on SF) but then move on when that particular moment has passed. The practice threads are nice because they tend to attract more of the regulars, so the "enjoyability" factor is consistently higher :) (a safer bet if you get frustrated by lack of followup)
Yes, I get how it comes to be, and I agree that it is likely a spur of the moment thing. Doesn't make it less annoying or rude.
I've seen it from regulars as well btw...
