Thumbs up Preservatives, additives and junk food

I really felt compelled to make this post tonight because of my experience today. Last December I decided to clean up my diet, and stop eating do much. I lost weight from 170lbs to 135lbs...and what I eat is mostly vegetables, fruits, and food cooked at home. This has helped in slot of ways, financially and with how I feel. I use to suffer from anxiety really bad, and I believe alot of it was my diet.

The other day I went shopping at Walmart and I found this already packaged turkey next to the already packaged mashed potatoes. I picked it up because I thought it would be something easy to make for lunch at work. Well I decided to cook it tonight, in the microwave for something easy to make.

10 minutes after eating it...I got the most horrible anxiety out of nowhere. Literally right after....for no reason. It got worse and worst for the next few minutes afterwards...and I started to feel sick to my stomach. I just knew it was what I ate...my diet is very clean. So to feel this way right after I ate this prepackaged frozen food was a dead giveaway why I was feeling that way. It tasted fine I guess...but it made me sick, and I was not expecting that.

We have to be careful what we eat...I suspect that alot of what we eat here in the US is causing all these symptoms that are making us feel unwell. anxiety, depression, ect.
I realize that alot of our food here is unhealthy, not very nutritional...and made with extra things we don't know what we are eating...alot of it is unhealthy and the average American lives off this stuff. I get the feeling that we are eating food that isn't prepared or healthily and to distribute large quantities while saving money. This is making our country obese and sick. The turkey I bought showed very few calories. But when I read about what was in it...I couldn't understand a thing of it.
