Yes: no matter how much money you have, you're still trapped in a body that will inevitably become injured and ill, and will decline with age.
I'm thinking of the line from the movie Godfather, Part 2, where Michael Corleone asks Hyman Roth, the old ganster, who's reportedly worth $300 million: "How's your health?" Roth replies: "Terrible! I'd give $4 million just to be able to take a **** without it hurting!"
