everyone will be different. first and foremost, i pray only to god. i do not understand why any book would advise you differently. no wonder it did not work.
using decrement is important. do people say you should never read a book because the one book was giving bad advice. books are not bad. use your discernment.
auto writing and channeling only started after i got to know the sender. i put them to the test. there were a couple i banished or would not allow to come.
you are the best method of protection.
