The bolded part is what Richer meant about manifesting. Feeling it clearly that one desires and knowing that the feeling is true. He was saying that people who have doubts in their thoughts about things that they desire in a sense are "faking it", the desire won't manifest; cause the doubt puts the desire on hold in a sense, cause the space that doubt creates isn't aligned with the frequency of that desire.
