I've been using a heart chakra meditation for awhile involving golden white light brightening and expanding from my heart chakra. I posted it on another one of Xan's heart meditation threads.
Yesterday I could feel something welling up in that area in response to something I heard so I started meditating and began to feel an orgasmic feeling in my chest spreading down to my palms (also part of the heart chakra). Tangible progress is always a nice motivator!
I'm just starting to intend for this light to be a form of self love too since I need to work on that. We should all spend more time loving ourselves!
