Skepticism is about being skeptical about everything, not just things you do not agree the with...It is part of critical thinking curriculum...

The very first year one is working on his or her PhD in Physics they are taught that pretty much everything that they are about to be taught is theory....it is about populations and samples...can it be proven that Gravity is the same everywhere and so Gravitational theory is absolute...absolutely not...
for that, we would have to known everything about all of reality.
