I haven't but probably the best one to talk to would be an art therapist or social worker who works with youth at risk. Apart from "trauma-informed" practice and other things you'd need to know, you'll likely need to have a police cheque - this is to protect vulnerable populations.
I don't know where you live but I've noticed that artist organizations are using special grants to bring vulnerable populations to their studios to teach art, so that's another way to do it.
