That is exactly how I started hearing voices 2 years ago, and I've been hearing them ever since. Some seem to be spirits that I tried to help cross over. Hm. Well, if they are negative, my suggestion is to ask for protection from the universe and from spirits of peace, love, and positivity. I will definitely not allow myself to be deceived by these spirits.
