It does and it doesn't.
Being separated from something is an illusion we can only find on this dimension Earth is on (and we're getting off of it), the 3rd dimension. We couldn't be separate because we never were. As we're infinite, is up to us to choose our form and appearance. If you can ap, I would explore this and shapeshifting, because all of us can choose how we want to appear. Even humans can, but because of time delay, manifestation process are slowed, although there are other ways around that, etc.
The only reason it does make any sense is because it sounds like an attachment, and because we're on the third dimension, with the illusion of separation.
