This has and does happen to me too. I find in time it has evolved but there are residues that continue. Sometimes, it's been nice and empowering and other times it's been a bit troublesome. When I first activated my sacral chakra it was a bit overwhelming but, i found that because the energy is both sexual and creative, moving it through my body and resolving became complex and multilayered.
