I like these events best when my consciousness shift naturally. Not a fan of lucid dreaming so probably would not do it, and when astral traveling in those moments where my consciousness shift I tend to just be the watcher of what happens rather than trying to alter things (or it is more like being part of a greater part of myself than actually watching a show or something). Everything just unfolds naturally, and I would love to be better at that in this world
I would travel to my Heart world since I love being there
