Just from my experience I have found that the health of all your bodies (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional) play a big part in this. You can do things like eating healthy food and drinking lots of water, or doing something that makes you happy - little things like that will all help.

And Rumar and Spiritlites suggestions are also good - just keep trying things until you find what works for you.
