I tend to believe that we are souls utilizing our given physical bodies to learn and experience things that we can not as spirits.

It is a very dear knowledge by some and belief by others.

Don't we incarnate where we could gather most valuable experience to grow and evolve further as souls? Is this new movement about this also?

I wonder what it would be like to know more of where we really come from and utilize our energy more than just 30%? (that is from John's link I read).
