for it to have no windows means that it (whoever may be in there) couldn't
see you... but you could observe that castle all you wanted.
for you to be actively distracting/preventing your co-worker from seeing it
places you in the position of being a "guide" to some degree; apparently
self-appointed, and you'd probably/possibly perform that task for any
co-worker in that position with you (not focused on a specific person/soul).

i still get the sense that the castle is representing something like 'heaven
on earth' (possibly due to the "strange jingle music"), which would mean
that for some reason you've decided to deny yourself a visit to paradise,
and to use misdirection to persuade others to remain with you. :(
the golden ticket, granting you access to that castle, remains in your
possession (in the form of that greeting card)... which you feel to have
been unearned (as if stolen).
