Yesterday night I visualized and made myself believe and feel that I was receiving god's help and I concentrated on the fear radiating area. It felt like it would latch off temporarily and come back. Then it lifted off after continuous focus and me being unaffacted by it and even my breathing changed to calmer, literal weight lifted off from my system and finally felt calm and normal, it doesn't feel off now. Very strange and I don't want to know what it was xd. Will never sleep when feeling bad now xd Thanks for all the help! You really hit all the reasonable possibilities dead-on. It's like this thing was either an energy leech or a ball of supressed emotions stuck there and waiting for release? xd The thing is banished, hopefully to never return again
