I would tell my young self to ……… Talk to your dad, tell him to hold on cause things do get better and there are some lovely people coming along that you should really be here to meet…. Please don’t do it! It does get better (he committed suicide).

And as for me.. I would tell my younger self to listen to your art teacher, Mr Spears, when he said, “you really do have something going on and art collage is nothing like school!!!!”

I would also tell my younger self not to pay any attention to the smirky careers guidance councillor when you told her you wanted to be a writer.

And I would tell my younger self not to take life so seriously.
