I'm not keen on the word "programming", preferring, "conditioning" instead. As I was taught pendulum work to connect with the Lunar Self - (Solar Plexus Chakra) - I'm more comfortable in the knowledge that any influence on the pendulum is sourced back to the self, first. What might lie beyond is therefore under a measure of my control.
"Yes" would then be backwards and forwards like nodding the head. Then "Stop".
"No" would be left to right like shaking the head. Further practice can add "Maybe" diagonal, "Positive" clockwise, and "Negative" anticlockwise.
