ap is a lot safer than living. Do anything you can to make yourself feel better, such as a prayer.
Practice relaxing yourself and meditating. Read ap books or sites to get ideas. Do not read complicated ap books as ap is not supposed to be hard. People have ap for thousands of years. I think it is thousands of years. It is not something new. The main thing is to practice. The more practice you will get, the better you will get. When you ap you are not tired. It is the same as sleeping. You are not tired when you have woken up.
