Ive died twice when I was ten. I can now cross over and be with my eternal self. There is no real death. if one closes their eyes and we see darkness and we also see little bits of light all around. Well when one crosses over all that light coalesces into one dot as if u had just stared into the sun. But dont be afraid. The darkness is here for our protection so that we can maintain these biological bodies. otherwise all one has is heaven and wont know onesself as one can while in a biological body.

Once one has attained this level u will realise all one has to do is breath to maintain belief that you are still in your biological, fleshy body.
