Oh, I am completely with you on that one, Ginger is the best.

When I am travelling on a plane, I take some crystallized ginger from the health shop and have never felt nauseous on a plane since.

Ginger in fresh juice is marvellous..

And I like making Japanese style miso broth, with rice, and adding grated ginger..
