How to heal or move on from trauma and old habits?
I’m honestly having a hard time on trying to heal myself. Like i have noticed a few old habits which i want to release so i can be mire connected to my higher self. These beliefs once used to help me or i even considered them to be my ‘fix’ for the problems i was facing. I have also realised that my childhood trauma is the reason why i have attracted such relationships and situations in my life. The problem is now i’m not sure how to heal this. I’m not sure how i’m supposed to let go of this. I feel some sort of blockage in my body right now and it feels very uncomfortable.
