First and formost work, but I would not say working harder but working smarter. Finding that path that work is for ye to make a living but there too is that work that is a passion.
Its about finding that balance and starting YOUNG. First house at 20, now not living in it solo that is not making money. Living in the basement suite and RETING out the top floor. Thus 80% of an 18% interest rate morgage was covered. Living smarter as honestly how much time at 19 is one home ????
Having a job that gives one income but too haveing a passion that does not cost a lot to keep one on the track of saving. We tend to spend more when we are not feeding those passions in life.
If your a couple live off ONE income not to....it can be done. I have not worked in over 16 years now....and the mate a bit longer than I....I am 49. Start YOUNG !
