Can I say that thoughts come into our head constantly from what we see with our eyes and hear with our ears. We have no problem with that however when it happens with telepathy, we tend to panic.
you are the only one in control of what you do with your thoughts. The sad thing is that for most of us we do not know how to exercise that control. How to evolve an outlook on life that allows a person to discount and ignore unproductive thoughts of Any kind.
Once you stop looking for some one to help you with these things, your life circumstances will improve.
