I am a Kinesiologist.

I too was diagnosed with Bipolar. For years I had struggled to understand it, didn't know why I was the one suffering from it and not any other of my family members.

I was hoping from psychiatrist to psychiatrist, one medication to the next and before long I was on 12 different medications a day. In reality not one psychiatrist helped me. I was taking Lithium as well.

My healing began within the first year of studying kinesiology. The amount of healing modalities we learnt and practiced on each other helped me work through my bipolar. I'm not a doctor and I would never tell anyone to stop taking their medication, but for me, working through my emotional differences, I no longer needed my meds. Its been 5 years since and I am not on any medication.

Bipolar is emotional suppression trapped inside your body that your neurology doesn't understand and know how or what to do with the references related to it. So when something we do during the day triggers these suppressed emotions our neurology throws every file related to it at once into action, resulting in us having an episode.

Kinesiology changed my life, It has changed the way how I deal with my emotions.

There are many kinesiologists still in training, if you are strapped for cash, you should find a kinesiology school near you and find out from them who can practice on you. They are not allowed to charge the regular fee specialised kinesiologist do.

Sounds to me your healing journey has already started. Good for you!

Love and light
