I don't know if this is the right section. Please let me know of there is a better section. I have seen videos of women recirculating their sexual energy with breathing and movement but they were histrionics or something. haha cause they didn't explain what they were doing. It was more 'showing off' and yes it's a very weird method to show off, but histrionics. hahaha But it is some kind of tantra to recirculate it and I mean without sex. It's really good for you. I have a book on it but i have a million books to read and I would like to just watch a video on how to do it or a site that has instruction. I want it to be a quality one where the person actually knows what they are doing. Any recommendations? If there is another forum related to that, I would be interested too.
