because you are walking hiking or trail running through the woods, have you ever noticed anything nature spirit related? i was doing a 7 mile trail run and as i was coming down a foot path and jumping over tree bits in the way i could hear what sounded like a scream behind me, i thought oh **** lol looked back but couldn't see anything with the earthly eyes though. this was in the day time so it could of been kid's messing around or any woodland animals yeah. i can safely say it was not as terrifying and loud as what some people capture on video or voice record. a lot of people believe its sasquatch, if that's how you spell it. would you run or stay lol im very curious of the 'intentions' here as apparently anything nature spirit is friendly and want to help the earth.
