Hi Claire with regard what you said about contact from the other side I believe there's a higher or spiritual law in place which states we have to ask and be open to experiences which means we must trust our family are around and can hear our thoughts and wishes so ask them to make their presence known, if that thought scares the hell out of you maybe a professional medium could put your mind at rest by intercepting for you, as a trainee medium I can assure you those who have passed are in peace and it seems hell is actually on earth, we're living it but don't take my word for it, make contact.
