So it's been a while since I tried using the guided meditation, and although I still haven't successfully astral projected, I felt something I never have felt before. Although I have felt various sensations and a few that seems like I almost succeeded in astral projecting.

In this one, I seem to have my mind kind of fall asleep or lose focus in a part near the ending for like 30 seconds, then in the one where I think you're supposed to leave your body, my mind suddenly wake up and feel vibrations and shakings, then a few moments after, I feel my heart really heats up. It's hot but it's not at all painful, and is actually kind of pleasant and feels like there's some kind of fire in my heart, but it doesn't hurt at all although it's hotter than 'warm'. It lasted for a while before eventually all sensations fade away and I wake up.

Have anyone felt it or something similar? Does anyone know what it's supposed to mean?
