i do not believe that your essence is due for appreciable
alterations -- you are an evolved being already.

distant entities. this is mediumship. transferring information
through a clear channel minimizes distortion, and enhances(!)

May I ask why chose to offer medium-ship for me to consider?
It's just interesting as I have met a white witch in 2012 who said that I was a seer in my past life, that I still can be with practice.
But I have trouble with meditation and I often feel my third eye is inactive.
You also say I am evolved already, in what way?
