I am interested in doing astral projection and tried it a few days ago with no success. I did feel the tingling of the body and felt my soul moving out of my arms. I also noticed for about a few seconds a view of a space like vision like I was in the stars.
However, now that I have read about evil spirits I am not strong enough at this stage to even consider understanding how to truly ward them off.
Any recommendations on how to do this through dreams and visions. I would rather do the safer way and start off super slow in my journey. I am no rush, but I do really yearn to experience more.
