I can empathise here I was in a car accident the seat belt buckle slammened into my shoulder braking it.it was affecting my muscle and nerves, I had to have a Decompression operation on it. now I have arthritis in it.
but Toby has given some good advice, I know it worked for a friend had to use a cane to walk couldn't stand for long.she went to see a chiropractor it worked for her.
