I was wondering if any-one was interested in sending healing for all the tortured/lost/ lonely ..children, animals,, people on the planet, even our beautiful planet herself and nature etc ..
It can be as simple as a thought.. For example "I send love to all the children suffering" ..maybe you visualize or Meditate or Pray ..whatever is your way that is positive with unconditional love .. I dont think it has to be a set time period but can you just imagine
how wonderful it would be if every-one spent just a few seconds in a day!
