I've been experiencing a lot of stuff more intensely over the last year or so. It got more intense after being with and leaving someone who was psychologically and emotionally abusive. I experience a lot of really strong physical feelings, pain, pressure in my chest, feeling like it's hard to breath, like there's lead weighing on me, hard to focus, etc. I've been told I have PTSD and CPTSD from the experiences I went through. I allow the feelings to be and pass but it's exhausting to deal with. I've learned a lot on youtube about the psychology of these experiences and the understanding has helped make it a bit easier. Just letting it unfold trying to maintain trust and acceptance regardless of what my body is feeling. Trying to figure out what is mine to keep and what I can let go of. (sending love)
