Miss Hepburn, I trained for a long time and have covered a number of areas of esotericism, chinese, Japanese, Tibetan, philipino, Indian, and both post modern and modern western esotericism and have touched on a number of other cultures but not as in depth such as hawaii and Huna.

I tend to rather than stick rigidly to one doctrine or system, use my experience of these cultures and systems to refine what i feel works and what i feel does not (or maybe not work as fast) so the things i write about are eclectic but very much in keeping with multi-cultural esotericism. (i.e. the common threads throughout)
