Thank you, Lynn. I have been practicing almost every day...My mind still gets in the way, interrupting, misinterpreting and such, but it is fun. I have gotten many answers and insights on my life and self improvement. I know that I will only get better with time.
I have been asking for the channel to open, while imagining that the top of my head/ crown chakra opens. I wrote this down too of course, along with guidelines that include having full control of the channel and being able to close it when I see fit.
I am looking forward to reading your experiences and about the workshops.
