You can actually use affirmations for that. But if you want to be specific, you can use custom subliminals. I think custom subliminals are better since they target your specific desires. In this case, you can ask for a subliminal personally customized for her to contact you.
There are lots websites/youtube channels that offer custom subliminals. But you have to beware. Others might just be faking!
