I used to astral travel and had the same dream 2 or 3 times. My feet are on the ground and I can feel 'them' around me, feel supported, they want me to lift off, I can't see any faces but know they are beings and just as soon as I feel light, like Im ready to roll, boom! anxiety, fear, both, hold me back and then I am wide awake. You are so lucky to get to go. I wish I had the sense when I am sleeping, to know its ok to take off. Have fun on your adventure.
