You may be a busy lady and need to say "no" to a thing or two! (9 of Pent, Hierophant rev)
I often look at Hierophant (whether upright or reversed) and see the "talk to the hand" vibe. I know some of the folded fingers are meant to mean something... but it often just looks like a 90s teen flick hand gesture to me! Haha.
