That was pleasant Starman. Since i cannot meditate and have out of body experiences in this current body I reside in, it was nice to fly with your wings for a moment. It was bliss.
I once had a moment where I was "showered" with love from my Creator. I was sitting in the back seat of a car while two other passengers were in the front seat. But mine wasn't permeated with the golden light you describe. I could see and feel your light as I read your experience.
Since I was in-body, I was aware of my surroundings. My experience lasted 5-7 minutes.
