It is related to certain "challenges" mentioned here by "empaths"(those able to place themselves into another person's shoes, feel and understand how they feel) and offers "solutions" how these can be overcome.
There is also a book titled The Empathy Trap:Understanding Antisocial Personalities, interesting enough for me to read in a couple of years when I believe that, I will have time for reading a book again.
