Making an effort to manager your anger is best. Anger will surface, those things happen. The idea is to not let it take hold of you to the point where your energy disrupts those devices you mentioned.
Listen to your guide. I agree. You are here to assist in the evolution of humanity. A new soul can do things the old souls can not. Try to appreciate these things.
