I once viewed a video on YouTube about a blind person that had a NDE. This person had been blind since birth. In the NDE the blind person could see. This was a frightening experience for that person who never knew sight in this life. It seemed odd to me that the person seemed to feel they didn't enjoy the sense of vision...and actually seemed to fear it.
