i advise you to open a single thread, and to post as much as you feel
physically comfortable with posting. each message could be a single
posting. pick up again later in the day, or whenever you feel drawn to.
there are some threads here on the forum which extend for years, through
many hundreds of posts... there's absolutely no reason to think you're
'over-posting'. people can feel free to read at whatever pace they deem
appropriate for them, on an individual basis.
