I would say these dreams are a reflection of your enemy side but more your protective instincts. Spiderman and Neo are hero characters who try to save the world. You are trying to have super powers to overcome the obstacles (walls) in your path probably because the pain you are trying to overcome is very distressing to you. That said, the knee dream seems to indicate that if you go ahead and touch the issue that you will see it really isn't as big an issue as it seems. We hide from our issues because we don't want to hurt but once we try and get a handle on things we often see it wasn't as big a deal as we had originally thought. You are ready to heal the issue that you are holding in (tumor) that is preventing you from moving forward freely but a part of you is still a bit hesitant to face it and wants to run away. You will sort it out in time.
