EFT is one of my most valuable tools. I have taught it to all of my children and we use it often.

Like others have said, some releases come quickly and others take more time, there may be many aspects to an issue that seems singular but isn't, kind of like peeling the layers of an onion.

It is also important to be loving and patient with yourself, you didn't create all of these beliefs and pick up all of that baggage in one day, so trust in yourself that you with persistence, you will move through it at just the pace you are supposed to.

Sometimes I find myself tapping everyday for months, then I won't tap for weeks. Just keep at it and trust yourself.
